Sports Travel Tours is a proud member of the Travel Trust Association. This means that you have total financial protection from the time you book your holiday until you arrive home. It works in 2 ways:
1. Your money is placed in a trust account - this is an independent bank account to which an independent 3rd party has been appointed as trustee. The 3rd party, usually a Chartered Accountant or Solicitor, monitors the account and only releases the funds at the conclusion of your holiday.
2. The TTA Travel Protection Plan is a unique fidelity policy that covers all of our clients' payments up to the value of £11,000 per passenger in the event that the funds from you, the customer, were no longer in the Trust Account.
In addition to the TTA, as a travel organiser, we are also licensed by the CAA to hold an ATOL for all flight bookings. We take our responsibilities to you, our client, very seriously. Our professional memberships and licenses allow you to book with total peace of mind.
