Day 1

After landing in Zurich, we’ll be whisked away to the mountains and the luxury resort of Davos. Our hotel is the stunning Hard Rock Hotel, and once you've checked in there will be a short time to relax before we walk over to the Vaillant Arena for game 1 of our trip, and the first game of the historic Spengler Cup for 2022. The arena is unique with its wooden roof, and we'll have amazing seats in the middle of the ice. After game 1 ends we've got our private party area right next to the stadium, where food and drinks are included along with entertainment and big screen tv's. When you've had enough food, drinks and fun, then we head straight back into Arena for game 2 as two more teams face off.

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel, you've got an amazing choice of activities, from ice skating on the picturesque outdoor rink, to a ski pass for experienced skiers or for those who simply want to try it out we have ski lessons that can be booked. If all that seems too much, why not just relax on your private balcony looking at the mountain vistas. This afternoon we meet again to head over to the Arena for game 3 as 2 more of the invitee’s clash. Once again, we'll be hosting our exclusive in between games hospitality with food choices that will make your mouth water, and plenty of drinks to wash that delicious food down with. Game 4 starts at 8.15pm so get ready for more hard-hitting hockey. After the game you can head back to the hotel or enjoy the bars of Davos all of which will be in full flight as hockey really takes over the city.

Day 3

Another free morning to select a winter sports activity, or maybe even enjoy the sauna, steam room and pool at the hotel. Don't forget to take a trip up to the top of the Schatzalp mountain on the funicular, Thomas Mann called this the magic mountain and the views from the top are something to behold. We're back to the hockey this afternoon as game 5 hits the ice, again we have our traditional party between games, and then head back in for the final time as we watch game 6 of the 11-game tournament. There is always plenty to do after the game.

Day 4

After one final breakfast we take the drive back to Zurich for your flight home.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
