 FAQ

Q: What time am I expected to arrive?
A: As we include a Pit Walk on Thursday afternoon, we advise you to select a flight that arrives into Austin or San Antonio no later than 12.30pm

Q: What airports are the transfers provided from?
A: Our tour hosts collect you from either San Antonio or Austin, simply let us know your flight details at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Q: Where are the Grand Prix tickets located?

A: Your 3 day ticket has you seated at Turn 15 Section 5 in rows 28 to 31 (Right at the top of the Grandstand with incredible track views. The tickets are electronic and will be transferredto your mobile device in the week leading up to the race. You will need a smart phone with International wifi coverage, please make sure you confirm this with our travel team prior to departure.

Q: What will I need for the High Speed Ride A Long event
A: You won't require any special clothing, just comfortable clothing and shoes, which we'd recommend for the F1 day anyways.

Q: What is the PSL Hospitality Tent?

A: The PSL Hospitality tent is a covered area directly behind the turn 15 grandstand where you'll be able to relax in between races. Food and drink are available for purchase but are NOT included. Its an exclsuive perk to those who are PSL holders at the track which STT have been since the very first race in Austin.

Q: How do the track transfers work?

A: We transfer you to and fom the circuit in luxury Mercedes Benz Sprinte 15 passenger vans. many years of experience has taught us that, these particular vehicles provide the best service for our customers. We are able to drop you off right next to the front entrance which larger buses don't allow. With multiple vehicles we can ensure if anyone has to leave the track during the day we are right there to move you quickly. Finally, we can take the fastest route to and from the hotel which will mean less travel time and more enjoyment throighou the trip.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
