Every room at the hotel has a lounge area to relax in and is ideally located in the famous stockyards area of Cowtown where you’ll be able to walk to a host of restaurants and bars (including the Largest Hony Tonk in the World, Billy Bobs. This evening, we host our Chiefs takeover party with food and drinks included all hosted by our Chiefs Legend.

Day 2 Thursday November 27rd

Happy Thanksgiving, It’s Game Day! Don’t forget breakfast is included each day at the hotel! We head off to the stadium area 4.5 hours prior to kick off for our Ultimate Pregame Tailgate Party. The venue is close to the stadium and has indoor and outdoor areas (so if it’s cold you’ll be indoors) Food, is all included as well as Beer, wine and sodas (liquor is available for an extra charge) and we’ll have entertainment, big screen TV’s as well as our Chiefs Legend once again. Then we’ll head into the stadium for the big game itself. After the game you’ll come back to the bus for the journey back to our hotel.

Day 3 Friday November 28th

After breakfast we head back to AT&T Stadium for our private guided tour of the Cowboys Stadium. The tour features all areas of the stadium including time down on the field (subject to availability).  Then, you have a choice of either relaxing in the Stockyards or Downtown Fort Worth, or we can arrange an optional tour to see firsthand where President John F Kennedy was shot. The tour includes entrance to the 6th Floor Museum as well as exclusive entrance to the Texas Theatre (where Oswald was arrested, as well as his rooming house). The evening is free to enjoy the Stockyards where the Rodeo, or just bar hopping, are options for you.

After one final breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way home.

 Travel Insurance

Buy travel protection from Travel Insured International

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
