Day 1 – Friday, 20 November

Upon arrival at Mexico City International Airport, you’ll be welcomed in the arrivals hall by your tour host holding a tour sign before transferring to your hotel for the next three nights. The 4* Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel is a luxury hotel located directly on the famous Paseo de la Reforma, offering stunning views of the iconic Angel of Independence. With elegant accommodations, exceptional dining options, and easy access to the city’s top attractions, it’s the perfect base for exploring the vibrant culture and nightlife of Mexico City. After check-in and receiving your exclusive trip gifts, the afternoon is yours to relax or explore the city. This evening, we’ll gather at the hotel for a traditional welcome reception featuring food and drinks — the perfect opportunity to meet fellow travelers and kick off your Niners in Mexico experience in style.

Day 2 – Saturday, 21 November

Following breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Mexico City at your leisure, or join our optional Full-Day Tour to the breathtaking Teotihuacán. Discover the legendary Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon while learning about the fascinating history of this ancient Mesoamerican city. The tour also includes round-trip transportation and a delicious traditional Mexican lunch at a local restaurant.

After returning to the hotel, there’ll be time to freshen up before our huge Saturday Night Party. Enjoy an evening filled with entertainment, food, drinks, and plenty of excitement as we get ready for tomorrow’s big game.

Day 3 – Sunday, 22 November

Game day has arrived! We’ll head to our incredible tailgate venue, located within walking distance of the stadium, approximately 4.5 hours before kickoff. The tailgate experience includes authentic Mexican cuisine, unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, and of course Margaritas and Tequila for those wanting the full Mexican experience.

With live entertainment, a DJ, and an electric atmosphere, you’ll be fully geared up for the epic Vikings vs. 49ers showdown. Following the game, transportation will be provided back to the hotel from the tailgate venue.

Day 4 – Monday, 23 November

Enjoy one final breakfast before spending the remainder of the day at your leisure. At the appropriate time, your driver will transfer you back to the airport for your flight home, bringing an unforgettable Mexico football weekend to a close.

 Travel Insurance

Buy travel protection from Travel Insured International

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
