The Tigers is one of baseball's oldest and most storied franchises. Comerica Park celebrates its rich history, from the 1800s to the present, at the Tigers' unique "Walk of Fame" (a historical display which wraps around the circumference of the main concourse and takes fans on a trip through Tigers time) and pays homage to 6 of the greatest Tigers of all time with larger-than-life statues of the heroes in action. There's no shortage of Tiger entertainment at Comerica Park! Lest fans forget where they, a 15-foot tiger guards the main entrance (brilliant photo op!); a further 8 huge tigers prowl the park, including 2 atop the scorebaord in left field whose eyes light up after a Tigers home run or victory...accompanied by the noise of a tiger growling, the Ferris wheel has baseballs instead of cars and the carousel has tigers in place of horses!
