Day 1

Make your way to the Renaissance Baton Rouge for your 3 night stay. On arrival meet your tour host at the STT table in the lobby. We'll meet early evening for our welcome reception in the hotel bar where you'll get to meet all the other travellers and enjoy a much needed drink.

Day 2

If you've chosent the Ultimate Swamp Tour (which we highly recommend) then you'll be heading to Breaux Bridge straight after breakfast. If you prefer a relaxing morning, then you can relax by the pool after your sumptous breakfast. We'll all meet at lunchtime for our first event of the weekend. Lunch at a Baton Rouge favorite - TJ Ribs, where you'll not only have some of the city's finest BBQ, but you'll also get to see their collection of LSU memorabilia, the highlight being getting a picture with Billy Cannon's Heisman Trophy! Next we're off to The University, where we'll take a tour of the campus which ends with an exclusive visit to the field at Tiger Stadium where you'll take pictures of the incredible view. The day doesn't end there, as we still have our Friday evening private pep rally, including food, drinks as well as a meet and greet with an LSU legend, you'll love the cool venue for this event!

Day 3

Today, is game day! we head off for our private tailgate party in the shadow of Tiger Stadium, the tailgate includes Louisiana tailgate staples such as Jambalaya and Gumbo as well as much more, unlimited beer, wine and sodas as well as a cash bar for premium drinks, entertainment, tailgate games and big screen tv's, this is really the best way to get ready for the big game! Its just across the street to the stadium where the Tigers look to get back to their National Championship form. After the game we include entrance to a great post game party - however if that's too much then our bus will be waiting to whisk you back to the hotel.

Day 4

Check out of the hotel and make your way home after what we know you'll think was the best LSU game weekend experience.

 Travel Insurance

We always recommend you take out Travel Insurance and below we've listed just some of the reasons why:

  1. Life is unpredictable. Some trips need to be cancelled.
With the right travel insurance, you won't have to pay for a trip you are unable to take.
  2. Most lost luggage takes five days to return to its owner.
Travel insurance provides coverage to replace needed items right away.
  3. Lost or forgotten medication?
Travel insurance will assist you in locating a pharmacy to purchase a new prescription.
  4. Travelers stateside and abroad can become ill or injured during their trip.
Travel insurance can provide peace of mind – especially for travel outside the United States, where many hospitals request cash payments in the thousands before treatment can even begin.
  5. Health insurance may not go the distance.
The majority of health insurance (including Medicare), worker’s compensation insurance, third-party and personal liability policies don’t cover international travel. In fact, a closer look at the inside of your passport will reveal that the government recommends travel insurance when traveling outside the United States.
  6. In the event of a natural disaster, airline strike or act of terrorism, airlines will not refund the cost of your ticket. Travel Insurance plans can cover the cost and help you get home quickly and safely.
  7. Credit card coverage, homeowners and auto insurance, none of these provide sufficient coverage for travel. Even combined, they may not offset the cost of a medical emergency overseas.
  8. In the unlikely case of supplier default. If a cruise line, airline or other travel provider ceases operations, travel insurance saves you from paying for a trip you'll really never get to take.
  9. We all experience tough economic times.
The loss of a job or other income might mean a trip planned in advance may have to wait. Travel insurance puts cash back into your hands when you need it most.
