When you have a booking, go online to your portal and complete all the information to finalize the booking. Pay the deposit and you'll get an instant email confirmation of the booking.
You'll receive an email reminder 7 days prior to the final balance due date. To pay the final balance simply go back to your portal and click on the payment link in the booking.
2 Weeks prior to your client's departure date you'll receive their trip documents by email with all the details they'll need to have an amazing trip.
Commission is automatically tracked in the system and paid by bank transfer between 7 and 14 after the trip is completed.
