Arrive into London after your overnight flight from the US. You'll be met at the airport and transfered directly to your hotel. You'll have time to relax before we head out late afternoon to Windsor Racecourse for our first event, Monday Night at the Races. Royal Windsor Racecourse is one of only 3 figure of eight courses in the country and has been hosting horse races since the 1500's. Our racing experience will be one to remember with our own private box, a 4 course meal, tea, coffee, still and sparkling water, and a visit from an expert tipster. Then its back to the hotel for a well deserved rest.
We travel this morning to Ascot where we'll take in day 1 of the Royal meeting. For the racing purist, this is undeniably the most unmissable day of the whole week, and is spearheaded by three impeccable Group 1 contests – The Queen Anne Stakes, King’s Stand Stakes and St James’s Palace Stakes. You'll be hosted in the Lawns hospitality area with amazing views and great food all day.
We're off to Newmarket, the home of English Horse Racing, where we'll get to watch the horses out on the famous gallops, see behind the scenes with one the country's top trainers at their yard, and tour the National Stud as well the new National Horseracing Museum. We'll finish off with a chance to meet former racehorses and learn what they do after racing, in the flagship home of Retraining of Racehorses. Don't worry about food either as we'll eat lunch in the historic Jockey Rooms where equine history has been made for centuries.
Today is the highlight of the trip as we travel to Ascot today to be part of the biggest day's racing of the year, Ladies Day where the Gold Cup will be won. We'll leave after breakfast and arrive as the gates open. You'll have incredible all day hospitality in the Queen Anne Enclosure with a fabulous view of the day's racing, the Royal Parade as well as access to the parade ring between races. This is one the premier experiences in the English racing calendar.
After breakfast take the hop on hop off tour of London. Its the perfect way to experience this incredible city. You'll get the opportunity to see all the major sights and take your time to explore the one's that interest you the most. Your evening is free.
Your final full day is full of options, you can spend the day sightseeing or if you want to complete your trip with more racing then why not take in the last day of the Royal meeting, you'll be able to choose the experience you want and we'll include transportation to and from.

Q How do I get to London and what flights should I chose?
A Firstly, you can either book your own flights, or we can book the flights for you, the choice is yours. We can quote you for any departure airport you'd like, however obviously only certain airports have direct flights into London, many airport will need to connect through major hubs. Secondly, if you are booking your own flights, most flights into London will depart in the afternoon or evening, arriving into London the following morning, so for our standard package you will need to depart on Sunday 18th June to arrive on Monday morning June 19th.
Q If I book my own Flights which airport should I arrive into?
A You should book flights that arrive into London Heathrow and depart from London Heathrow. This is the only airport we provide airport transfers to and from.
Q I want to spend more time in London, and other cities in Europe, how do I do this?
A Either email or call us and we'll provide a custom quote for you. We can provide day trips to Paris with the Eurostar (or you can stay as many nights you want in France's Capital city). If you prefer to explore more of what England has to offer then you can stay in London and we can provide sightseeing trips to places such as Stonehenge, Oxford, Bath, Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon, Windsor Castle or even spend a day doing a Harry Potter Tour.
Q I like the idea of a day trip, when can these be arranged?
A If you want to do a day trip then we recomend adding extra nights either before or after the standard tour. If you're interested in Paris, then we definitely recommend adding this on at the end of the trip.
Q Where is the hotel located, and how do we get to Ascot?
A The hotel we have chosen, is in the perfect place in London. It is on the banks of the River Thames across Westminster Bridge from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, and just a couple of minutes walk from the London Eye. We'll take a motorcoach from the hotel to the racecourse, which is all included in the package.
Q What is the Dress Code for Royal Ascot
A Our inclusive tickets are located in the Lawns Hospitality area (this is part of the Queen Anne Enclosure, and below are the dress code requirements. Please note, if you do not follow these precisley you will not be allowed admission to the event and no refunds will be provided.
Ladies Dress Code
Ladies within the Queen Anne Enclosure are required to dress in a manner as befits a formal occasion and are kindly asked to take note of the following:
A hat, headpiece or fascinator should be worn at all times.
Strapless and sheer dresses and tops are not permitted. Please note our definition of strapless necklines include off-the-shoulder, Bardot and one shoulder. Dresses and tops with sheer straps and sleeves are also not permitted. Midriffs must be covered.
Trouser suits must be full-length and jumpsuits should fall below the knee. Both must adhere to the neckline regulations above. Shorts are not permitted.
Girls aged 17 and under should be dressed for a formal occasion. Smart summer dresses are suggested. Hats, headpieces and fascinators may be worn but are not compulsory.
Overseas Visitors & Serving Military Personnel
Overseas visitors are welcome to wear the formal National Dress of their country or Service Dress. Serving military personnel are welcome to wear Service Dress or equivalent. Please note: In addition to the guidance above, fancy dress, novelty and branded or promotional clothing is not permitted on site.
Gentlemen's Dress Code
Gentlemen are required to wear a full-length suit with a collared shirt and tie, and kindly asked to take note of the following:
Jackets and trousers should be of matching colour and pattern.
A tie should be worn at all times. Bow ties and cravats are not permitted.
Socks must be worn and should cover the ankle.
Jeans, chinos and trainers are not permitted.
Boys aged 10-17 should wear a suit or jacket with a shirt and tie. Younger boys nine and under should be dressed smartly but are not required to wear a jacket or tie.
Overseas Visitors & Serving Military Personnel
Overseas visitors are welcome to wear the formal National Dress of their country or Service Dress. Serving military personnel are welcome to wear Service Dress or equivalent.
